The Company POINTURES, a single-shareholder limited liability company (SARL UNIPERSONNELLE) with a share capital of 3,000.00 euros, having its registered office at 8 rue du Canard, TOULOUSE (31000), registered with the Trade and Companies Register (RCS) of TOULOUSE under number 831 006 309, represented by Mr. Jean-Emmanuel PIALOUX (hereinafter the "Company"). The Company markets the following products to its Customers via its Website: Shoes and Workshops.

The Company invites Users to read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Service (hereinafter the "GTCSS") carefully. Placing an Order implies acceptance of the GTCSS. The characteristics of the Products are indicated on the Website. It is the Customer's responsibility to take them into account before purchasing. The photographs or graphics presented on the Website are non-contractual. The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted them by ticking the box provided for this purpose before placing their Order online. The GTCSS governs the conditions under which the Company sells its Products to its Professional and Consumer Customers via its Website. They apply to all sales concluded by the Company and override any contradictory document, notably the Customer's general purchasing terms. They are systematically provided to any Customer who requests them. In the event of a subsequent modification to the GTCSS, the Customer is subject to the version in force at the time of their Order.

"Customer" means the Professional or Consumer who has placed an Order for a Product sold on the Website; 

"Order" means any order placed by the User registered on this Website; 

"General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Service" or "GTCSS" mean these general online terms of use and sale; 

"Consumer" means the buyer who is a natural person acting for purposes outside their professional activity; 

"Products" means the material goods capable of being appropriated that are offered for sale on this Website;

"Professional" means the buyer, whether a legal entity or a natural person, acting within the scope of their professional activity; 

"Website" means this Website, i.e., www.pointures.art; 

"Company" means the Company Pointures, as further described in Article I hereof; and "User" means any person who uses the Website.

Registration on the Website is open to all legal entities or natural persons of legal age who enjoy full legal personality and capacity. The use of the Website is conditional upon the registration of a User. Registration is free of charge. To proceed with registration, the User must fill in all mandatory fields; failing this, the registration cannot be completed. 

Users warrant and declare on their honor that all information provided on the Website, particularly during registration, is accurate and compliant. They undertake to update their personal information via the dedicated page available in their account. 

Every registered User has a username and a password. These are strictly personal and confidential and must under no circumstances be shared with third parties, under penalty of deletion of the non-compliant registered User's account. Each registered User is personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. The Company shall under no circumstances be held liable for any identity theft of a User. If a User suspects fraud at any time, they must contact the Company as soon as possible so that the latter can take the necessary measures to rectify the situation. 

Each User, whether a legal entity or a natural person, may only hold one account on the Website. 

In the event of non-compliance with the GTCSS, including the creation of multiple accounts for a single person or the provision of false information, the Company reserves the right to proceed with the temporary or permanent deletion of all accounts created by the non-compliant User. 

The deletion of the account results in the permanent loss of all benefits and services acquired on the Website. However, any Order placed and invoiced by the Website prior to the account's deletion will be fulfilled under normal conditions. 

In the event of an account deletion by the Company for breach of the duties and obligations set forth in the GTCSS, the non-compliant User is formally prohibited from re-registering on the Website directly, through another email address, or via an intermediary person without the express authorization of the Company.
